Dependent on your situation, learning style, and preferences I draw from a variety of counseling techniques to help you clarify your challenges and reach your goals.

Although counseling is often "talk' therapy sometimes "experiencing" or "doing" can be a more direct path toward making change. With your permission we may include experiential activities such as expressive art therapy or equine facilitated therapy as part of counseling.
