Including depression, parenting support, couples counseling , chemical dependency/addiction issues, court related issues and beyond. All therapy services are provided in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.
I use an interactive therapy style with frequent feedback & coaching. I use an eclectic approach with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
