Trauma- I help you heal from the hurt of the past so you can be more than a survivor. Anxiety- gain the knowledge and tools to find a calmer "norm". Learn de-escalation techniques, recognize your triggers and develop self-soothing tactics that allow you to positively engage in the moment.
