The beginning of personal change is knowing that a different experience is available. This is the seed of hope. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a certification in co occurring disorders. I treat a variety of issues including depression, relationship problems, life transitions, men's issues, addictions, and co occurring disorders. I have special expertise in working with compulsive eating and other eating disorders.
I offer individual and group sessions to address this difficult to treat and often painfully discouraging problem. If you have tried working on this issue before, you may find a refreshing approach offering hope and a different perspective, a new way to address this issue.

This is a group for people who are addressing compulsive eating as well as other life problems. Sometimes other symptoms accompany eating problems such as depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship problems, etc. Exploring your recovery in the context of a safe atmosphere and in the company of peers provides a container for safety and self-exploration. Sharing your experiences with people going through similar challenges can be invaluable in your process of recovery.
