As a minority therapist I have had a myriad of professional and daily life experiences that have helped me become caring, understanding and empathetic with the patients who have entrusted their care to me. Because of my experiences I know the importance of creating a safe, beautiful, therapeutic setting to allow patients to share their most troubling and joyous life experiences. Life is a challenging path that may require the assistance of a guide, even for the healthiest people. I am honored when chosen to guide others along their life's path and am humbled when they reach their destinations.

I enjoy working with adolescents, their parents, those who experience various forms of self-injury, couples, individuals, families and people managing daily life challenges. I work with individuals beginning at age 10 through geriatrics focusing on helping patients learn healthy coping strategies that lead to healthy self-soothing and nurturing.

I have over 30 years of experience in various helping professions. Once you walk into my clinic you feel a sense of calmness and well-being. If you are seeking an experienced therapist who listens and guides you on your quest toward happiness and fulfillment please give me a call.
