Working with a psychotherapist can be a powerful process that can reduce your stress and promote balance. As a solution-focused therapist, I help you look into the patterns blocking you from having what you want. This is a supportive process, and we go at your pace and attend to the issues that matter to you most. My areas of expertise are families in transition, critical incident stress, and child custody mediation. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're ready to move in a new direction in your life, contact me.
Three treatment areas are: Family Transitions Counseling works with families in conflict, crisis, or a time of intense change. Critical incident stress assessment, debriefing, and management is for people who've experienced an extreme event. Child custody mediation is for families who need structured support as they craft a custody agreement.
Practice focus: Couples and families going through a transition such as blending a family, a separation, or divorce who need a safe place to resolve their issues and find their way to their "new normal" according to their beliefs, values, and priorities.
