The body gives us information all of the time. Sometimes our mind will insist you ignore it and fight through the daily stressors. Perhaps you are telling yourself that you do not need help and everything is fine. However, you may be sinking further down into various destructive coping methods. I specialize in treating people who are undergoing problems with food. Whether it be under-eating, purging, binge-eating, restricting food, chronic exercising, and or problems with lap-ban or gastric bypass, my practice is all encompassing. I work with dietitians and doctors in the Seattle area, to ensure clients are receiving a continuity of care.

My previous clinical experience as a school counselor and at a residential treatment center for eating disorders, makes my practice unique. From these two experiences, I began to hone my clinical skills and work with high need clients and their families.
