Most people love what they are good at and are good at what they love. I love being a therapist. I have been professionally involved in psychology for 25 years, and it remains one of my principal passions. When I look into my heart and grasp what has mattered most in my life, I have a deep sense of gratitude for the people I've helped. I chose psychology as a profession not only because it matches my temperament but also because it's a profession that can be developed over a lifetime and improved with age and experience.
I thank those who have given me their trust, faith, wisdom and strength, which in turn has allowed me to become the therapist I am today. I have sincerely sought teachings inside and outside of my profession to best serve those who seek spiritual and psychological services and support.
I believe we are best understood by virtue of our families and interpersonal relationships. I have witnessed great travesties and consoled horrible suffering. But above and beyond all this, I have participated in miracles. I believe in the resilience of the human spirit and the power of the human mind.
