I know that people have the capacity for growth and change as I have helped many individuals, couples, and families undo unhealthy patterns and reach greater potential within themselves, their relationships, and in their lives.

I draw from a variety of approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, body-centered trauma treatment, mindfulness-based stress reduction, narrative therapy, family systems therapy, and body-mind therapy. I am a skilled, compassionate, and interactive therapist ready to help you make the changes you need to be successful in life.

I have extensive experience providing training to therapists in body-centered therapy practices. I work as a Consultant to schools and mental health settings helping to integrate body-mind approaches to health and wellness.
