My practice is transtheoretical, eclectic, and evidence-based. I use a number of effective and reputable psychotherapy approaches. I have 10 years of experience in a variety of counseling and supervisory positions in government, public health, residential, and private outpatient settings. I have worked with clients presenting with a wide range of career, relationship, mental health, and substance-related concerns. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
My particular areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, depression, career concerns, disability-related concerns, and gay and lesbian issues. I hold professional certifications in addictions and rehabilitation counseling. As a Substance Abuse Professional, I am also qualified to conduct Dept. of Transportation (DOT/SAP) evaluations.
