Are you feeling blocked professionally, creatively, or emotionally? Do you notice patterns in your relationships with family, friends or partners? Can you find inspiration and joy in your life or work? I take time to listen, assess where you are getting stuck and help you define something meaningful and inspiring to work towards. While I am warm and easy to talk to, I have an open, active and no-nonsense style. I provide individual psychotherapy with an approach that is eclectic, using psychodynamic and CBT theories to understand problems, and bring about growth and change.

I have extensive experience helping: high achievement professionals, women building their strength, confidence and voice, as well as young adults in college, graduate school and beyond to find their purpose & path. I have also built an expertise helping creative individuals (artists, actors, writers, and musicians) integrate artistic ability into the demands of professional living.

My therapy practice is diverse regarding race, gender, culture and sexual orientation. I have worked and travelled internationally, and have successfully helped individuals visiting from other countries manage stress, isolation and adjustment to life/work/study in the US. Call or email to set up a consultation. I also offer Saturday hours.
