I have a holistic perspective in addressing the mind, body and spirit and in helping my clients improve their quality of life. My counseling service is open to all cultures, religions, and belief systems. I am also bilingual and speak Urdu and Hindi.

Lupus is a chronic autoimmunue disorder which impacts many individuals and manifests itself in a diverse array of symptoms. Finding the right support is also imperative in managing any chronic illness. This support group is a place where individuals and families affected by lupus can come together and provide support and encouragement for one another. There will be education and literature on lupus and effective ways to cope with stress and improve your overall quality of life. Let's come together in learning how to live well with lupus! This group will meet every second Saturday beginning Nov 13th 2010.

Guided Imagery for Stress Management

Guided imagery provides a potent healing method with the use of visualization and the power of the mind. Imagery has been found to be an effective stress management tool. This workshop will provide information on the impact stress has over the mind and body. There will be a guided imagery demonstration for stress management and relaxation.
