It is my passion to help children, teens, adolescents, families, and adults through individual and group counseling find balance while they are struggling with life changing events and the daily pressures in their lives. I believe active listening, empathy, and the therapeutic relationship provide the foundation for positive change through counseling. It is my philosophy that with awareness and a positive outlook, change can happen. I believe you have already taken the first step by spending time on this site.
