The teen years are the hardest for everyone! Whether you are a parent whose relationship with your child isn't what it used to be or a teen whose parents don't seem to get you, a compassionate therapist can bridge the gap. My specialty is improving parent-child relationships during the challenges of the teen years. Today, there are so many pressures on teens. Many times these young adults just need an impartial person to provide individual and family therapy to help make sense of these important transitions and help to get them back on the track.

For almost twenty years, my specialty has been working with adolescents and families who are going through the types of life transitions which impact the whole family. I have always believed in the value of working with adolescents and would love to help your family reconnect toward a positive outcome.

Because of today's busy lifestyles, flexible appointment times on weeknights and Saturday's are also available.
