My therapeutic approach is brief and solution-oriented, meaning that while I do recognize the importance of how my clients' problems have come about I place a higher value on offering my clients new and fresh solutions. I take into account what clients have tried in the past and help them to come up with changes that will be long-lasting and efficient. I see most of my couples in both couples and individual sessions as needed. The average length of therapy is between 6 and 12 sessions.
The majority of clients that I see are couples and individuals experiencing personal and relationship difficulties including, but not limited to, premarital counseling, divorce, sexual/intimacy problems, and life crises.
