Family Resources of Greater Nebraska, P.C. is a group of clinicians who are dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families and businesses reach their greatest potential. My personal area of interest is working with couples proactively to assure a healthy relationship. My expertise also includes helping couples strengthen an already good relationship or helping them repair a broken relationship. Additionally, I enjoy coaching wellness and assisting individuals in reducing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression.

I am trained to assess emotional intelligence and coach clients toward their goals. A unique factor I bring is my interest and training in spirituality and health. I am a Certified Life-cycle Celebrant and trained as a ritual artist. Well planned, unique and meaningful ritual restores, heals and energizes.
