My desire is to cultivate a genuine and compassionate relationship in which we can collaboratively work together towards health and happiness. My experience, education, and training provide me the tools to work with diverse populations and mental health issues. Populations include children, teens, adults, and families of all ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds. Issues you as the client may be experiencing are low self-esteem, affects from marital separation or divorce, trauma, domestic violence, depression, life transitions, grieving processes, anxiety, relationship conflicts, post addictions recovery, or general adjustment issues.

I have an eclectic approach, which includes traditional and alternative methods that utilize experiential interventions, which may occur in an office, your home, a wilderness setting, or may be equine assisted. These interventions can contain elements of Gestalt, client-centered, strength based, and somatic and mindfulness practices.

It is my belief that our wounds occur in relationship; therefore, we need to be in relationship in order to heal those wounds. I create a safe environment in which to experience feelings and behaviors in the here and now while being in relationship with another, be they child, parent, partner, therapist, or equine partner.
