As a psychotherapist and registered nurse, my approach to therapy includes being attentive to people as a whole. My experience and education provide added insight into how physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and relational problems impact a person's well-being. I believe therapy is most effective when people develop a trusting relationship with their therapist and feel safe to be themselves. One of my jobs as a therapist is to provide this secure environment where people can grow. I have a nurturing presence that is supportive, honest, encouraging, and strength-focused.

By using complementary methods, I offer a highly personalized plan tailored to each person. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing while in therapy.

I offer fee-for-service therapy to clients with or without insurance. My areas of special interest include relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, adolescent transition issues, and spiritual concerns.
