As a therapist with a Masters degree in Counselling and as a Registered Nurse, I help people heal, change, and grow. With a unique blend of education and experience in counselling, nursing, spirituality, and teaching, I counsel from a perspective that considers the physical, emotional, mental, relational and spiritual aspects of your being. I help facilitate lasting change in the way you feel, think and act. I provide counselling for life transitions, crisis, distressing emotions and behaviours, illness, loss, and relationship difficulties. I am passionate about helping couples with issues of emotional and sexual intimacy, communication, conflict, infidelity and separation.

For marriage counselling I use research by Dr. Gottman and Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples, which has been validated by research to be highly effective. With extensive experience with families and certification in maternal-infant-child healthcare, I can help you with issues of infertility, pregnancy/child losses, sexual abuse, birth trauma, postpartum depression and parenting.
