My approach is connected to the stories that we tell about ourselves and they way we think about ourselves. What part of your story do you want to change? What part of your life do you wish was different? In my practice I see my role as sitting beside you, seeing the world through your eyes, and then the two of us figuring out together what you want to change and how we can make it happen.
I specialize in working with people who are going through a life transition or working to have healthier relationships. I also have training and experience working with people who are transgender, gay, lesbian, queer, bisexual, or part of other sexual minority communities.
I know that finances are a concern for everyone, as a licensed clinical social worker my services are reimbursable from many insurance companies.

Every Tuesday at 6pm - 7:30pm
$30 - $50 per session
Weekly support group for ftms and transmen in the process of transition. This 12 week support group starts 6/19/12 and will include psycho-education and facilitated discussion around the topics of: relationships, family, sexuality, coming out at work, defining identity, questioning identity, religion/spirituality, masculinity and male privilege, dating and community. This group will be facilitated by Damon Constantinides, LCSW, PhD. Damon is a trans and queer affirming psychotherapist. He has experience working with trans individuals and groups in his private therapy practice and at several agencies in Philadelphia.
