I provide individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship problems, low self-esteem, grief/loss, women's issues including postpartum disorders and infertility, stress management, and adjustment issues/life transitions.
I also provide couples/marital therapy including premarital counseling, communication and conflict management skills, marriage enrichment, and recovery from infidelity. I am trained to use the Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
