I have been practicing in the field of child and family mental health for eighteen years using a strength based approach to help individuals and families achieve their goals. The most important parts of this journey are you and your loved ones. Whether you're experiencing depression, anxiety, family conflict or parent-child relationship problems, by systematically examining your progress, together we will discover a path that will lead to the outcome you are searching for.

I have experience in working with adults, children, teens and families affected by emotional and behavioral challenges throughout Rhode Island. I offer individual and family counseling focusing on practical problem solving, effective communication and personal growth. I incorporate a holistic approach in a collaborative, individualized counseling experience designed to meet your unique needs.

I use what is known as the "client-directed, outcome informed" approach to care. What this means essentially, is that together, we will develop goals that you feel are important and we will carefully measure progress so that you and I both know that you are getting the outcomes you desire.
