I am an experienced and respected Psychologist with a Cognitive Behavioral approach. I work collaboratively with people to get where they want to be in their lives. I am a very active therapist. I believe that almost no choice is set in stone. If you have a goal in mind, there are many paths to get there. As your therapist, it's my job to act as a guide while putting you in control of your life. I am an experienced guide to help you make real change! I am a world class expert in anxiety and depression, OCD.
I treat depression and a variety of anxiety disorders such as: obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic, PTSD, and phobias. I am very experienced and have studied with some of the world's most recognized experts in the field. I also do CBT, ERP and in-vivo exposure.
I am a board certified licensed psychologist. Very few psychologists are. (Hover over the ABPP in my title, it will explain what this means to you.) I am on the clinical faculty at Harvard and Boston University as well as McLean. I hope to talk to you soon.
