Do you feel a need for something to be different but don't know what or how? I am here to help you figure that out. I see individuals (older teen-agers, adults) who feel sad, worried, lonely, or disappointed with their life, job, relationships; or, who are trying to cope with a difficult life transition, loss, or health-related concern. I also do relational work with couples, friends, co-workers, parent/child. I believe miscommunication often occurs because we do not know how to hear each other's emotions and intentions and instead get caught up in proving points.

I like to work with people who not only want to learn how to solve their problems but also to grow through the challenges. I deeply desire to give people a place to talk about things they do not usually feel free to discuss with others.

I am a clinical social worker. This means I consider not only what goes on inside you, but also what is happening in your external world. I am down-to-earth and straightforward, with a genuine empathy for people. I respect your unique life struggles and desire for life change.
