I am most experienced with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and borderline personality disorder and am very interested in trauma and grief work. I also love to help with personal growth. I work solely with adults (all ages 18 and over) and use a variety of techniques depending on each case.

The most important element in good therapy is a great therapeutic relationship. In my office you will feel support and caring rather than harsh confrontation. We will likely use gestalt and mindfulness techniques to develop a greater awareness and acceptance of self which will ultimately lead to your desired change.
