There is hope--at times like this, it's important to have someone calm, supportive and understanding to help you work things out. I have 2 Master's degrees and have been practicing therapy for over 20 years. My style is collaborative and compassionate. Along with "talk therapy," I may add relaxation training, and together, we can solve problems to help you and your loved ones lead a better life.

I am dedicated to helping people suffering from discrimination, family rejection and identity issues due to their GLBTQ status, particularly gay and transgender persons. Whether you have long been feeling, "I'm trapped in the wrong body," need a referral for hormones, have recently come out or need support after GRS, I am here for you.

I also specialize treating persons with HIV/AIDS issues related to the emotional and physical impact of the diagnosis, living with stigma and dealing with degrees of illness. Additionally, I have years of training and experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders.
