I am a skilled and practiced counselor/marriage and family therapist with insight and experience in dealing with many different issues, difficult problems, and complicated situations. You will find me to be non-judgmental, warm, caring, and direct. My goal is to provide a safe place to explore difficult issues and feelings while focusing on acceptance, hope, and change.
I have many years of clinical practice working with people of all ages from young children to adults. I have experience helping with social, school, behavioral, and relationship issues, as well as mood and anxiety disorders, alcohol/drug abuse and dependence, co-dependence, recovery, trauma, and many other mental health issues.
My focus in helping you to understand yourself, your environment, your relationships, and your stage of change. My aim is to help you to recognize your internal motivation for change and together we will develop a plan to help you to move forward towards achieving your goals.

This group provides continuing support for people who are working to stay clean and sober and to manage other mental health issues. Group members hear each other's experiences, give and receive support, and explore challenges and successes in living a clean and sober lifestyle. Group forming now to begin in October.
