Overwhelmed... Worried... Sad... Stuck? Do you find yourself wishing that you had more energy and felt more hopeful? Are you worried that your child isn't reaching his/her potential? Would you like your family to function better? If so, counseling can help. Whether you are an adult or a child, life can be challenging. At times it can be difficult to see clearly and navigate effectively through our own challenges. Sometimes what we need is an objective third party to help guide us in the right direction.
Serving the whole person, not simply treating a symptom, is my goal as a therapist. I work with children and adults, tailoring my approach to meet each individual's needs. My office is a safe and confidential place for you to explore your needs and develop strategies to improve your situation.
