Life isn't always easy. I know. As a therapist and woman, I know that mastering the art of emotionally supporting ourselves through self-acceptance and encouragement can lead to a deep inner friendship, which in turn builds confidence and true empowerment. Sometimes, it can be very difficult to trust yourself and your own unique abilities. My mission is help women, couples, and families to have the life and relationships they really want. And when there are tough decisions to make, when communication breaks down, when conflict is present - I am here to help.

As a body-centered relational psychotherapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.

Counseling services include individual, couples, and family therapy for symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, women's issues, and perinatal mood disorders. In addition, DWCC offers women's therapy groups addressing diverse themes. Many find that such group approaches to personal growth can provide an effective setting for exploring and supporting change in their lives.

We were each born with a life's purpose. Sometimes situations interfere with our ability to stay in touch with that purpose. We set goals and have great intentions. From childhood all the way through retirement our dreams help us to focus on our lives. Our dreams can be in the realm of career choices, life styles, personal relationships, financial status, business relationships and more. The challenge is to allow ourselves to actually accomplish and live the life we dream about. All of us can find abundance and success in different areas of our lives. We just need the right tools.
