phone: (917) 725-4134My goal is to help you through whatever crisis or negativity you are experiencing so that you feel better and happier about yourself. Through exploration of your current situation, the impact of your past and understanding your strengths and weakness, I can help you achieve a sense of personal satisfaction and love. In my 25 years of clinical practice, I have found that people feel most unhappy with themselves when they are disconnected from their mind, body, heart and spirit. I believe that fostering a connection with these aspects of ourselves brings a greater sense of peace and happiness.
My practice spans clients from adolescence to adulthood, with a range of problems from depression, anxiety, fears, identity issues, to relationship concerns. Using a variety of clinical techniques learned from many years in psychiatric settings (psychodynamic psychotherapy, family therapy, and hypnotherapy) my approach is molded to your specific concerns and needs.
My goal is to provide you with a safe space to open up and explore your feelings. With attention to your emotions, intellect, physicality and spirituality, I seek to help you achieve a sense of balance in your life. New referrals are welcome - do call to talk further about my practice.
