I work with teenagers who have survived abuse, feel anxious or depressed, have ADHD or are struggling to adjust to a life-changing event such as change in schools or parents' divorce. I can help with the extremely moody teenager to include possible drug use. Bring in the adolescent who is violent, truant, oppositional, self-injures or threatens suicide.

So lost is the young professional of generation WHY. Age 20 to 30ish, trying to adjust to a real job, real relationship, first time parenting, and professional success. When the Dallas scene has played out and you feel displaced,I understand.I work with individuals, couples and almost-couples.

The LifeWorks Group is a collaborative community of creative therapists in Dallas and Fort Worth. We're relaxed and incorporate old fashioned common sense. We work with adults, teens, elders, couples and families with issues including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, marriage, anger, chemical dependency, blended family issues, and divorce recovery.
