I have a Master's degree in Mental Health Sciences, a Post-Graduate "Health Care Psychologist" degree, and training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Further I am a Cogmed Coach (www.cogmed.com). This academic and professional background enables me to offer effective, brief & personalized therapy.

Besides being a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am a Dutch licensed Health Care Psychologist, who fluently speaks English and Dutch. My professional knowledge in combination with my personal experiences emigrating to the U.S. enable me to coach (European)immigrants and expatriates adjusting to life in the U.S.
