What story are you living? Has living that story become painful or difficult? Sometimes the experiences of our lives leave us hurting and in need. By sharing the stories of your life--happy and sad, strong and weak, joyful and painful--we can retell them in ways which can change your life. Many of our struggles with addiction, childhood abuse, relationships, emotions, eating disorders or loss can improve through recognizing and understanding our life experiences in new ways. You can live a different, less painful, less difficult story!
I provide psychotherapy from a narrative perspective. Our life stories are colored by our experience of family, faith and relationships. Narrative therapy offers a manner of therapy which recognizes the significance of your story in your life and harnesses your own inner strength to bring about real change.
I believe in helping you live life to the fullest! My integrated approach allows for you to improve all aspects of your life - body, mind, spirit and soul. In all our services, we consider the physical, intellectual, relational/emotional and spiritual aspects of your life.

Robert Hartmann also hosts the following groups:
Zoe Center, Office This, 4031 East Harry, Wichita, Kansas
TBD
$20+ per session
The parenting classes offered by the Zoe Center are based on "Parenting from the Inside Out" by Daniel J. Siegel, M.D. and Mary Hartzell, M.Ed. We focus on developing self-understanding to improve parent-child relationships, coupled with practical parenting skills. Our classes are unique in three ways: 1. They are based on solid research in emotional attachment, neurobiology and parent-child relationships. 2. Classes are taught by a husband-wife team (7 children, ages 2-24) combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience. 3. Classes are ongoing, so parents may attend one, some or all sessions of the series.
