As a psychotherapist, I have over 20 years of experience providing professional counseling services to men, women, and adolescents. Clients appreciate my personal approach and ability to understand the problems they face during their time of concern. With my help clients are better prepared to make appropriate choices to tackle life challenges. I believe in helping clients to find the solutions to their individual challenges.I help those with anxiety and depression, substance abuse problems, relationship issues, work related problems, and those who have difficulty coping with daily stressors.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Masters of Addiction Counselor, National Certified Counselor and DUI Clinical Evaluator and provider. I am trained in EMDR Level I.

E-mail, telephone, e-chat and video counseling (skype) is provided. Excellent for services for people who are feeling nervous about seeing therapists in person, who may live to far, cannot devote the time for in-office sessions or may find it too costly to maintain in office counseling sessions.
