This is an adult support group for anyone that has lost a loved one in their lives. This group is an open group, meaning there is no commitment needed for the group. You can come when you need or want to. Each group meets once a month. Every other month I give a psychoeducational piece for the group. These groups offer skills and techniques to help you during this trying time. Price: $10 per person per meeting

It is specifically for anyone taking care of someone with a medical condition (including professionals). This group is an open group, meaning there is no commitment needed for the group. You can come when you need or want to. Each group meets once a month. Every other month I give a psychoeducational piece for the group. These groups offer skills and techniques to help you during this trying time. Price: $10 per person per meeting
