I have a family practice and work with all ages on a variety of problems. My clinical specialties include (but are not limited to); perinatal mood disorders, pregnancy/postpartum wellness, pregnancy/neonatal loss, parenting concerns, children/adolescents, grief/bereavement, & college adjustment.

WOMEN'S POSTPARTUM WELLNESS SUPPORT GROUP For women who are experiencing Postpartum Stress (anxiety, depression, sadness, fearfulness, helplessness, irritability/stress, poor concentration, guilt, feelings of inadequacy); this group will provide a safe and supportive environment to: work toward understanding your postpartum distress, gain skills to cope and feel better, identify, process, and share your feelings/concerns, and receive support and feedback regarding your experience. This group will provide a safe and supportive environment to: acknowledge, identify and process your feelings and concerns, receive support and feedback regarding your experience, and work toward understanding your loss and bereavement.
