Self-Compassion

Self-Compassion is a practice that helps us be more gentle and forgiving with ourselves. If you tend to be critical of yourself and beat yourself up when you make mistakes, or have low self-esteem, this group is for you. Self-Compassion makes it possible to withstand failure and disappointments mindfully, with kindness and an awareness of our common humanity. This is a 10-week closed group, which begins April 16, 2014.
