We aim to be a community resource that promotes education and healing through mindfulness and compassion.
Our mission is to provide counseling and wellness services that are affordable to anyone regardless of financial ability. We do not turn anyone away due to inability to pay. We offer reduced and sliding scale fees for those who are in financial need.

Breakups and separations can be some of the most uprooting experiences in our lives. It can be devastating and leave you feeling lost, insecure, angry, depressed, confused, and heart broken. Support and guidance during this time is crucial for emotional healing and will help you move on, learn from your past, embrace your life more fully, and reclaim your independence. Come join our weekly process group -- all women, coming together to learn how to let go and find acceptance in a safe and comforting space. This is an open group.
