I'm a therapist trained in the Hakomi Method of Experiential Psychotherapy. I use it as the base for helping others explore and embrace their authentic selves through the five guiding principles: Mindfulness, Non-Violence, Mind-Body Integration, Unity, Organicity. If you have doubts about talk therapy alone, then you have come to the right practice. My methods alone are different. Further, I offer outdoor counseling in local parks and natural areas.
