With health and human service cuts across the board, the economy failing, and people struggling, there has been a dramatic increase in the need for mental health resources. Mental health is a skill and I provide the skill. I providing effective anger management, substance abuse, and domestic abuse programs. In effect, to help you help yourself reach the behavior change you long for, I have dedicated myself to taking an active role to helping you help yourself change. I am a Master Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor licensed to address alcohol and other drug abuse with co-occuring mood disorders.

With a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Addiction Theory, I am a New Hampshire Master Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor, Board Certified Addiction Specialists specializing in intervention and relapse prevention. I perform individual and group substance abuse evaluation, education and counseling.

I am a National Certified Anger Resolution Therapist and consultant on domestic abuse for and through the Anger Management Training Institute, recognized by the National Association of Alcohol Drug Abuse Counselors. I am also a certified personal trainer. I combine mind/body techniques to managing anger-responses.
