CONGRATULATIONS. You've taken the first step towards getting help. I know, from experience, that finding the right therapist can be difficult. Every client comes to me with unique problems that call for unique solutions. Respect for individual identity, and humanitarian principles guide my work. I practice Mind/Body Psychotherapy, paying particular attention to overwhelming thoughts, emotions, and sensations that are often the result of trauma. With 20+ years experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, my practice incorporates my knowledge of how emotions are expressed and held unconsciously in our bodies.

Trained at The Centre for Training in Psychotherapy, my education includes a focus on dissociation as a coping mechanism, sexuality issues, sexual abuse, and the embodied residues of trauma. I have 20+ years of personal psychotherapy, and I am a member of The Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy.
