In life, along the way, we may get stuck, hurt, or off track. In such times, we need an accepting witness and the invitation to know ourselves differently and freshly. With a good therapy relationship anxiety, memories and hurts can safely and gently feel less and less painful. Current crises can resolve, and transitions navigated. It is my goal to meet you in authenticity, compassion,and with a sense of humor. Life experience along with my sound clinical training allow me to handle a wide variety or circumstances that people bring in to therapy.

I draw from many theories, attachment, somatic, object relations, relational, existential and more. 2 year training course in a somatic practice known as Somatic Transformation. Certificate of "Recognition For Outstanding Accomplishment" from The Alliance Community Psychotherapy Internship, from the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study.

My somatic practice known as Somatic Psychotherapy is a subtle process of invited self inquiry that encourages and relationship, between therapist and client, the client and their body, the clients right and left brain hemispheres and a gentle resolution of many other wise difficult to resolve issues.
