My years as Marriage and Family Therapist, help me provide you with the skills you need to ease your emotional pain, build better relationships, and change your life for the better. I am spiritual and my practice is based on spiritual connection, body and mind awareness, empathy, deep understanding and compassion. My practice is body centered and body positive. I only take Anthem Blue Cross and Alliance/ Calderon and UBH. I only offer telehealth services.
I use an eclectic mix of psychotherapy. I am trained in Jungian, dream analysis and modern methods including DBT, Maudsley, Body positivity, social justice, intuitive eating, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I can help you live a more meaningful life.
I view therapy as a sacred healing process built on trust, acceptance, and deep understanding. My style is creative, warm, non-judgmental, empathetic, engaging, direct and honest. I combine a nurturing, and supportive approach with the practical skills I have gained in 30 years of training and experience.
