I specialize in Client-Centered, Humanistic, Insight and Recovery Oriented therapy in addition to other counseling and therapeutic techniques. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective, assisting consumers in discovering that "You feel the way you think" I provide counseling services, to individuals and couples experiencing issues related to Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Sexual Abuse and Trauma, Adjustment issues, Career/Goal planning, and other emotional and behavioral issues.
