Whether working on an individual basis, with a partner, or with family members, I collaborate with my clients to explore capabilities for dealing with problems interfering with their lives. Some examples of these problems are anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating disorders, women's issues, relationship issues, and other day-to-day worries. Allow yourself the opportunity to focus on your goals, strengths, values, and motivation to create a more satisfying future in which the problems do not seem so overwhelming. I invite you to consider what you would be doing differently if you were no longer stuck with these problems.

I employ a Narrative therapeutic approach with my clients. I believe people have unique strengths, skills, and abilities to find happiness and success within their personal, professional, and/or educational lives, even during the tough times. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your new journey.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
