I am a therapist with 23 years of experience. I provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. I am experienced in providing therapy to older children, adolescents, and their families in addition to counseling adults. I have been helping clients with serious behavioral and emotional challenges as well as well-functioning clients. I have worked with clients with adoption and acculturation challenges. I have background in outpatient psychotherapy, treatment foster care, and residential treatment. I like to help people overcome adversity and achieve their best potential.
I help people overcome depression, anxiety, improve emotional regulation, improve their interpersonal relationships as well as their overall sense of well-being. Family members participate in sessions when it is needed and appropriate.
I provide teletherapy. While I usually provide therapy in English, I also have been doing therapy in Russian with some clients. Our practice accepts most insurance plans and we can bill your insurance directly. Fee-for-service clients are also accepted.
