Welcome to a holistic practice with compassion in helping people with loss and grieving, family therapy, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression and self-care practices. Evidence based therapies are the heart of this practice including mindfulness based stress reduction.
Professional experience includes over thirty years of experience as a registered nurse, adjunct course instructor at Cape Cod Community College from 2004-2010 (Self Care for Health Care Practitioners), Holistic Nurse certification and Clinical Fellowship with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists since 2011.
