I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, individual adults, couples and families. Areas of specialization include recovery from trauma (psychological, physical, sexual and narcissistic abuse), difficult life transitions, immigration issues, divorce, chemical dependency, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and general life frustrations.
My practice is unique in that I bring my own personal experience with many of the issues described above along with substantial training and education to provide a spiritually, ethnically and culturally conscious approach that relies as much on real life experience as it does on the recommendations of the psychotherapy field.
