Our therapists are action-based and can help support you or your teen/tween to get unstuck, gain insights, build more self-awareness, and work toward a positive future. We aim to help you improve your self esteem, strengthen relationships, and work toward your goals. We teach skills that can be used outside of the office and in the real world and implement strategies to start feeling better.
We specialize in working with adults, teens, couples and parents. We have experience working with concerns including: depression, anxiety, burnout, ADHD/ADD, life transitions, work/career challenges, learning differences, bullying, school difficulties/avoidance, relationship issues, marriage and family conflicts. We offer parent coaching and support as well!
We know that taking the step to begin therapy is difficult. Deciding on a therapist for yourself or your child can be even more challenging. We believe in tailoring each session to meet your needs and your goals.
