Sometimes life can become stressful and challenging. Occasionally, people make choices to try to correct their problems, when in turn, it can make their issues more difficult. Whether these issues stem from a unhealthy marriage/relationship, career/job unhappiness, family problems, or just feeling "stuck", there are answers. My job is to help clients learn more effective methods of dealing with these stressors, assist clients to see the pattern that has been created, and guide them in a different direction. I have a dual license; Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). I have been in practicing since 1991 in various agencies and presently solo private practice. I have helped teens, adults, and geriatrics with various issues. I have many experience working with marital couples and families.
