Together was can explore solutions to relationship problems, communication, addcitions, depression and anxiety.
Recognizing and working with addiction seems to be an area of natural strength. I believe in exploring how to build on our strengths. The foundation of my practice is based on communication and understanding.
The philosophy that surrounds my life to practice what I encourage others to do when it comes to finding balance in life. I believe in hard work and also the need to play. Being part of the solution and community is how I choose to live my life.
